Barcelona 2025, Day 5

Today was my last Gaudi site. I headed up to Park Guell with its views out over Barcelona.

It was a long walk up from the metro station

Thankfully, the escalators were working.

Had a bit of breakfast at the top of the park

After wandering around the park I gave myself a little reward.

Next up was a visit to the Barcelona Cathedral. This couldn’t have been more different from Sagrada Familia and made an interesting contrast.

The cloister had some unusual guests.

I did wander around after finishing the Cathedral. She was trying to sing opera. Not sure she succeeded.

I wandered around the Gothic Quarter again for a while until my feet said I was done for the day.
