I can’t believe it’s already day six! This was the first day we did not have to drive anywhere before we could start wandering around a location.
We started the day just exploring Nuremberg itself.
City wall.More city wall.Display outside a woodcarving shop. One of several churches in the city.Farmers market in front of the church.Happy dog on a walk. Not sure what this is other than nightmare fuel for kids.Locals relaxing in town.
We eventually made our way to the Nuremberg Castle.
Castle chapel.Part of the armor collection.Pole arms.View from the castle. Finally sunshine.
We eventually made the Christmas Market. With it being a Saturday there was a very high density of people.
Children’s Market. Not sure why this is outside the children’s market.Another Hansel and Gretel decoration. Two story merry go round. It got a little crowded. The heart of the market.People were rubbing a part of the gate. Not sure why.Little date and walnut people.Still crowded.Very tiny glass creations.Collapsible creations.Christmas ants?Gingerbread.Gluhwein kit with Nuremberg cup kit.Peek-a-boo!Dinner!Last look around.
Tomorrow we head to our last couple of nights and the Munich Christmas Market.
