Another fun day of walking the streets of Bergen. My main stop of the day was the Bergen Aquarium. Thankfully it did not open till 10am so I got to sleep a bit later today!
The Bergen aquarium is similar in interior size to the Mystic aquarium in Connecticut. In their outside space they have penguins, seals and a couple of sea otters. Inside they have a lot of regional fish displays with a few fish from other parts of the world. They also have a nifty tunnel tank you get to walk through.

After the aquarium I headed back to the fish market area for a relaxed lunch.

In the afternoon I roamed the streets a bit more and then hit up the Kobe art museums to try and see some of Edvard Munch’s artwork but they didn’t have a copy of the Scream like I had hoped so I didn’t spend a whole lot of time there. I can only suffer so many paintings in one go.

For dinner I was finally able to hit up a restaurant that I had been looking forward to called Bryggeloftet. They are know for having some more traditional Norwegian options. I got the reindeer dish along with a great rhubarb trifle for dessert!
